1. Limited to up to 5 members per household. Some features may not be available on all devices. Video and activity records are stored securely in the cloud for up to 14 days. Performance depends on internet connection and other technical factors.
2. A GO NOKNOK subscription is required (sold separately). Recorded activity is stored in the cloud for up to 30 days, depending on your chosen storage settings. Any changes to storage length will apply only to future recordings.
3. Subscription required, sold separately. Delivery and package alerts work best with standard and large parcels. Very small items, envelopes, tubes, or food deliveries may not always be detected. Motion detection must be enabled in the GO NOKNOK app for alerts to function.
4. Terms and conditions apply. Offers and discounts may not be available in all regions.
5. An active GO NOKNOK subscription is required for certain smart features (sold separately). Backup connectivity relies on third-party network providers.
