How it Works: 
Simply choose the Gonoknok smart parcel system colour and agree with the Gonoknok Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions (Below).

Payment Summery

Consent for Payments

By subscribing to either of the Gonoknok plans, you authorise us to initiate a payment of £3.99 or £9.99 per month (depending on the chosen plan) on your behalf. 

Frequency of Payments

This is a recurring monthly payment. You consent to a series of future payments, which will be taken on a monthly basis.

Amount 

The amount for each payment will be £3.99 or £9.99 per month (depending on the chosen plan), which is the monthly subscription fee for the Gonoknok plan. This fee must be kept active to use the Gonoknok Smart Parcel System.

Cancellation

By stopping your plan without returning your smart parcel system, you will automatically become responsible for the full cost of the Gonoknok, plus all legal costs.

  

Important Terms and Conditions for Using Gonoknok

By subscribing to the Gonoknok smart parcel system service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Requirement for an Active Gonoknok Plan:

To utilise the Gonoknok smart parcel system, all users must have an active plan subscription. If, at any point, the subscription plan is not active, the user is required to return the Gonoknok smart parcel system to the company. This condition is non-negotiable and is essential for the continued use of the Gonoknok services.

**Failure to enrol mandatorily in the Gonoknok subscription plan and failure to return the Gonoknok smart parcel system, as set out in the terms and conditions, will make you liable for the full cost of the system, which is £495 + VAT.**

2. Activation and Use Policy:

Upon receiving the Gonoknok smart parcel system, users are obligated to connect and activate their subscription plan within seven (7) days of receipt. This activation period is critical to ensuring that users can immediately benefit from the features and services offered by Gonoknok.

Please note: For customers on previous plans, it is mandatory to add a payment card and maintain its active status as part of the Gonoknok subscription plan. 

 

3. Cancellation and Return Policy:

If a user decides to cancel their subscription plan, they must return the Gonoknok smart parcel system to the company. The return must be initiated within seven (7) days of the cancellation request. The Gonoknok smart parcel system must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations. Failure to return the box in the specified condition may result in additional charges or fees.

Return Address and Instructions:
Unit 3, Fisher Industrial Estate, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 4LT, United Kingdom. Gonoknok will refund all and any return shipping costs. The Gonoknok must be returned to us in the original Gonoknok packaging box.

 

4. Compliance:

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account and access to Gonoknok services. The company reserves the right to take the necessary legal action to recover the Gonoknok smart parcel system or any associated costs.

 

5. Amendments:


The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through their registered email address or via an announcement on the Gonoknok website.

 

6. By applying the provided discount code for the purchase of the Gonoknok smart box, you, the purchaser, are agreeing to enroll in one of the Gonoknok subscription plans. This subscription is charged at a monthly rate of £3.99 or £9.99 (depending on the chosen plan) and is a mandatory condition for purchasers using the discount code. The subscription will be automatically initiated upon the successful transaction of your Gonoknok smart system purchase. The monthly fee for the Gonoknok subscription pan will be automatically billed to your specified payment method.

Should you decide to cancel your Gonoknok subscription, it is required that you return the Gonoknok smart system in its original, undamaged condition, along with all accompanying accessories and packaging. The return must be made to the designated address provided by Gonoknok within 30 days following your cancellation request. Non-compliance with these conditions, such as failing to return the smart box within the 30-day window or returning it in a damaged or incomplete state, will result in your continued liability for the £3.99 or £9.99 (depending on the chosen plan) monthly subscription fee & full cost of Gonoknok until the Gonoknok is satisfactorily returned as specified.

Please be aware that the cancellation process of your Gonoknok subscription is not deemed complete, and you will not be absolved from your financial obligations under these terms, until Gonoknok has received and confirmed the condition of the returned smart parcel system.

 

7.Subscription Duration:

The subscription period begins on the date of activation and continues for the specified subscription term.

 

8.Cancellation Policy:

In order to cancel your subscription and avoid any further charges, you must return the Gonoknok smart parcel system in its original condition within 7 days from the date of cancellation request.

 

9.Return Process:

To initiate the return process, contact our customer support at hello@gonoknok.com to obtain a return authorization. The smart parcel system be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

 

10.Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the Gonoknok.

 

11.Inspection and Refund:

Upon receiving the returned the Gonoknok smart parcel system, it will be inspected for any damages. A refund will be issued (the shipping fees paid on the initial order will not be refunded) within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, provided that the product and all parts are in their original condition.

 

12.Damaged or Incomplete Returns:

If the smart parcel system is returned damaged or with missing components, a fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

 

13.Late Returns:

Late returns may be subject to additional charges. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure timely return to avoid any extra fees.

 

14.Subscription Termination:

Your subscription will be officially terminated upon the successful return and inspection of the Gonoknok smart parcel system.

 

15.Continued Usage After Cancellation:

Continuing to use the Gonoknok smart parcel system after subscription cancellation may result in additional charges.

 

16.Gonoknok Insurance

Under our subscription plan agreement, we prioritize the security and satisfaction of our customers. In the unfortunate event that your Gonoknok unit gets stolen or vandalized, please follow these steps to initiate the replacement process:

  1. Report the Incident: Contact us immediately at hello@gonoknok.com to report the theft or vandalism. Include any relevant details, such as the date and circumstances of the incident and share with us images/video recording of it.

  2. Official Documentation: We require a police report and crime number or official documentation to process the replacement request, which helps in validating the incident.

  3. Replacement Process: Once the incident is verified, we will guide you through the steps to receive a replacement unit under the terms of our subscription plan.

 

Please note, the replacement is subject to our terms and conditions, particularly those regarding the active plan subscription and the condition of the returned item, if applicable.

**Please note that as a part of subscription plan, full insurance coverage is subject to proper installation and mounting of the Gonoknok. Any installations performed outside of the scope will not be eligible for insurance coverage.**
