  • Basic Plan: £0.00/month
  • Plus Plan: £4.99/month
  • Pro Plan: £9.99/month

Frequency of Payments

Payments are recurring and taken monthly.

Your monthly fee depends on the chosen plan (£0.00, £4.99, or £9.99). 

Important Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Requirement

  • Customers purchasing the Gonoknok smart parcel system can choose any of the three plans: Basic Plan (£0.00), Plus Plan (£4.99), or Pro Plan (£9.99).
  • For continued use of the Gonoknok system, customers must maintain their chosen subscription plan.

2. Activation Policy

  • Activate your plan within seven (7) days of receiving your Gonoknok smart parcel system.
  • Customers must provide and maintain a valid payment card for recurring subscription charges.(Plus-plan and Pro-plan)

3. Cancellation and Return Policy

  • To cancel your subscription, contact customer support and return the Gonoknok system within seven (7) days of the cancellation request.
  • The system must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, including all accessories and packaging within 30 days.
  • Failure to return the system in acceptable condition may result in additional charges.

5. Damaged or Late Returns

  • Damaged or incomplete returns may incur repair/replacement fees deducted from any refund.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

6. Subscription Termination

Your subscription will be terminated upon successful return and inspection of the Gonoknok system 

Amendments

Gonoknok reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Customers will be notified of changes via email or on the Gonoknok website.

  1. Basic Plan (£0.00/month): Access to basic features with no monthly fee.
  2. Plus Plan (£4.99/month): Includes additional features such as priority support and minor insurance coverage.
  3. Pro Plan (£9.99/month): Comprehensive features with full insurance coverage.
