2. Acceptance of The Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, subscribing to a plan, receiving, installing, or using a GO NOKNOK device, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
3. Use of Our Website
You agree:
- Not to misuse, damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website
- Not to copy, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit content without permission
- To comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.
4. Product & Services
GO NOKNOK provides smart parcel box devices supplied on a rental subscription basis, together with related digital services.
Product descriptions, features, pricing, and plans are shown on our website and may be updated from time to time.
We take reasonable care to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the site is error-free.
5. Ordering & Contact Formation
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally capable of entering into a contract
- You reside in the United Kingdom
Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt only.
A binding contract is formed only when dispatch confirmation is issued.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Payment must clear before dispatch
- We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected
For rental plans, billing begins immediately upon order confirmation, regardless of delivery, installation, or usage.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Delivery is deemed complete once the device is delivered to the address provided.
8. Rental Basis & Ownership (GO NOKNOK HOME PLAN)
8.1 All GO NOKNOK devices supplied under the Home Plan are rented, not sold.
8.2 The device remains the exclusive property of GO NOKNOK at all times.
8.3 You acquire no ownership rights.
8.4 You must not sell, lend, sub-let, modify, dismantle, tamper with, or attempt to bypass hardware or software protections.
9. Paid Trail, Minimum Term & Cancellation
9.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
9.2 Paid Trial
The first 15 days from receipt constitute a Paid Trial.
To cancel under the trial:
- You must notify us within 15 days of delivery; and
- You must return the device within 30 days of delivery
Failure to meet both conditions results in:
- Liability for the full replacement cost of the device and/or
- Enforcement of the minimum rental term
9.3 Minimum Rental Term
After the Paid Trial, the minimum rental term is 12 months.
Early cancellation does not remove accrued or future payment obligations under this minimum term.
10. Subscription Payments & Non-Payment
10.1 An active subscription must be maintained at all times while the device is in your possession.
10.2 A 14-day Grace Period applies to missed payments.
10.3 After the Grace Period, GO NOKNOK may:
- Restrict or disable device access remotely
- Suspend or terminate services
- Demand immediate return of the device
10.4 Returning the device does not cancel outstanding debt.
10.5 Continued possession or use without payment constitutes unauthorized use of GO NOKNOK property.
11. Returns, Damages, Loss & Failure to Return
11.1 Devices must be returned within 15 days of termination or within the trial return deadline.
11.2 You remain responsible until the device is physically received by GO NOKNOK.
11.3 Devices must be returned:
- Complete
- Functional
- Untampered
- Subject only to normal wear and tear
11.4 Lost, stolen, damaged, tampered, or unreturned devices will be charged at full replacement value, including reasonable recovery costs.
12. Installation Requirements & Restrictions

Must be wall-mounted or installed on the official GO NOKNOK hanging post.
Floor use is strictly prohibited. - GO NOKNOK Drop
Must be securely fixed to the floor using the supplied installation kit.
Incorrect installation may void warranty and result in service or support charges.
13. Warranty & Technical Support
We provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, vandalism, incorrect installation, water ingress, or unauthorised modification.
Replacement devices remain GO NOKNOK property and must be returned.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law, including:
- Consumer Contracts Regulations
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
Faulty products are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.
15. Intellectual Property
All website content, software, branding, designs, and media are owned by or licensed to GO NOKNOK.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.
16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of business.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Website Availability & Security
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Users are responsible for their own cybersecurity and virus protection.
18. Enforcement, Debt Recovery & Legal Action
GO NOKNOK may:
- Charge overdue fees and admin costs
- Use third-party debt recovery services
- Recover legal and enforcement costs (where permitted)
- Commence legal proceedings
Failure to enforce rights immediately does not waive those rights.
19. Changed to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
20. Government Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
