1. Overview
GO NOKNOK products are built to high standards of quality, durability, and smart technology. We stand behind every smart parcel box we produce. This warranty policy describes the coverage we offer in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under UK law, consumers have the right to goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. These rights last for up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland).
3. Standard Warranty
Your GO NOKNOK smart parcel box comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty includes:
- Smart locking system
- Electronic controllers and software
- Structural or mechanical parts
- Integrated video and security features
This warranty excludes:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint wear)
- Misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repairs
- Environmental damage beyond normal conditions (e.g., flooding, storms)
- Accessories not supplied by GO NOKNOK
4. Pro Plan Lifetime Warranty
If you subscribe to the Pro Plan, you are entitled to a lifetime warranty for as long as your Pro Plan subscription is active.
This covers:
- All mechanical and electronic parts
- Replacement of any faulty components
- Unlimited repairs for residential use
- Priority technical support
5. Repairs & Service
If you experience a fault:
- Contact GO NOKNOK Support through the app or at [support@gonoknok.com].
- Our team will help diagnose the problem remotely.
- If required, we will arrange a repair, replacement part, or exchange at no cost under warranty.
- If a product needs to come back to us, we will cover shipping for in-warranty claims.
If you have a fault within 30 days of delivery, UK consumer law allows you to reject the product for a full refund. After 30 days, you have a right to a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If we cannot repair or replace it, you may request a partial refund.
6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We offer affordable repair options if your product is outside its warranty period or if the damage is not covered. Please contact our support team for a quotation.
7. Limitations
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
- However, statutory rights apply to any purchaser if a product is resold, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Any unauthorised modifications will void the voluntary warranty but not your statutory rights.
- Warranty and lifetime cover are valid for residential installations only.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK law, which remain unaffected.
