Returns and Refunds
1. Cancelling an Order (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your GO NOKNOK parcel box, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- You must tell us by email at hello@gonoknok.com within 14 days
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund or ask for a replacement.
After 30 days, you still have the right to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a repair or replacement is not successful, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

- We will issue a return authorisation and provide you with instructions
- Please ensure you package the item securely
- We recommend tracked postage for your protection

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the goods.
