Getting Started
We accept Apple Pay and most major credit and debit cards. At checkout, you can also choose Buy Now, Pay Later options available through PayPal and Klarna for added flexibility.
Installation is simple!
GO NOKNOK Expandable Box: (*MUST)Mount the box securely to a wall near your front door or on a hanging post (Available on our website). Ensure it is in a visible and accessible location for couriers. Use the included mounting kit for installation.
GO NOKNOK Drop: Place the drop box securely on the floor near your front door as per convenience, in a location visible and accessible to couriers, using the provided installation kit.
Download the GO NOKNOK app (available on Android and iOS). Open the app and follow the setup wizard, which will guide you step by step to:
1. Connect your GO NOKNOK device to Wi-Fi
2. Configure your preferences
3. Scan the QR code generated in the app or connect using Bluetooth to complete the setup
The app makes the setup process simple and straightforward.

Open the GO NOKNOK app and follow the setup process. The app will automatically detect your device and guide you through connecting to your home Wi-Fi network. Make sure your device is within range of your Wi-Fi router during setup.
App & Features
Simply Open the GO NOKNOK app to see live video feed. You will also receive notifications when motion is auto-detected or someone rings the GO NOKNOK bell, allowing you to instantly see who's at your door from anywhere in the world.
Yes! GO NOKNOK features two-way audio communication. When someone rings your GO NOKNOK bell, you get notified in real-time and you can speak to them directly through the GO NOKNOK app using your phone.
In the GO NOKNOK app, go to Settings > Motion Detection. You can adjust sensitivity levels, to customise notification preferences. You'll receive instant alerts when motion is detected by GO NOKNOK Smart parcel box.
Parcel Delivery
With the GO NOKNOK Expandable Box:
You receive real-time notifications whenever a courier arrives. The courier can access your GO NOKNOK Expandable box only after you unlock it via the GO NOKNOK app.
With the GO NOKNOK Drop Box:
Couriers can securely place parcels into your GO NOKNOK Drop box without needing you to unlock the box from app. You’ll always receive instant notifications in the GO NOKNOK Smart app whenever a courier arrives.
With both the GO NOKNOK Expandable and Drop, you’ll always receive a notification when a courier arrives.
GO NOKNOK Smart Box works with all major courier services — including Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Amazon Prime, Yodel, and many more. No matter which courier handles your parcels, the secure GO NOKNOK Smart system ensures your packages are safely stored and that you remain in full control of your device at all times.
To collect your parcels or packages from your GO NOKNOK Smart Box, you can unlock the box securely using the GO NOKNOK app.
Battery & Power
The GO NOKNOK battery typically lasts 4-5 weeks depending on usage. You'll receive low battery alerts in the app when it's time to recharge. Simply connect any general USB-C cable to charge the battery.
Currently, GO NOKNOK smart box cannot be connected to a continuous wired powered connection. However, its long-lasting battery allows you to install your smart box anywhere in your front yard with ease and convenience.

Open the GO NOKNOK app and go to Device Live feed. You'll see the current battery level displayed. You can also enable battery level notifications to stay informed about your device's power status.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely! All video footage is encrypted and stored securely. You have full control over your data - you can delete recordings at any time, and we never share your personal information with third parties.
Yes! You can invite family members to your GO NOKNOK account through the app. They'll have their own login credentials and can access live video, receive notifications, and unlock the device when needed.
GO NOKNOK is built from strong material and features a geometric design that enhances durability and helps protect it from accidental damage.
If someone tries to tamper with the device, GO NOKNOK will instantly detect the presence of a human, send you a real-time notification, automatically start recording video, and allow you to speak through the device or activate the siren right away.
Troubleshooting
First, ensure your device is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Try restarting both your GO NOKNOK device and your router. If the issue persists, check that your Wi-Fi password is correct and that your network supports 2.4GHz connections.
Check that notifications are enabled in your phone's settings for the GO NOKNOK app. Also verify that your device is online and connected to Wi-Fi. You can test notifications by triggering motion detection or ringing the doorbell.
Clean the camera lens with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the device is mounted in a well-lit area and that the lens isn't obstructed.
