What is the GO NOKNOK Home Plan?
The GO NOKNOK Home Plan is a device rental subscription.
You are renting the GO NOKNOK smart parcel box — you DO NOT own it.
Key Points You Must Know
1. The device is rented, not sold
The GO NOKNOK device always remains the property of GO NOKNOK.
2. Monthly plan must stay active
You must keep an active subscription at all times while the device is in your possession.
3. No upfront cost, no deposit
You only pay the monthly Home Plan fee.
4. Payments start immediately
Billing starts when your order is confirmed — not when you install or use the device.
5. Paid trial (first 15 days)
-
You can cancel within 15 days of receiving the device
-
You must also return the device within 30 days
-
If you miss either step, you become fully liable
6. Minimum 12-month rental
After the trial period, the plan runs for a minimum of 12 months.
7. If payments stop
-
We allow a short grace period
-
After that, access can be restricted or disabled remotely
-
Outstanding fees still apply
8. If you cancel or default
You must return the device within the stated return window.
If you don’t, replacement charges apply.
9. Damage, loss or tampering
You’re responsible for the device while you have it.
Broken seals, modifications, or missing devices will be charged at replacement cost.
10. Returning the device does not cancel debt
Any unpaid fees remain due even after the device is returned.
In short
If you keep the device, the plan must stay active.
If the plan stops, the device must be returned.
